I’ve always been a bit of a hippy at heart – drawn to healing that connects mind, body, and spirit. As a therapist, I take a whole-person approach, tuning into what’s going on emotionally, mentally, physically, and energetically. I like to look at what might be affecting your wellbeing things like sleep, stress, hormones, nutrition, and movement.
It’s about meeting you where you are and then using tools that can genuinely support you – whether that’s talking therapy, breath work, EFT, or something more soulful.

Here’s a glimpse of what I offer alongside traditional therapy:

Emotional Freedom Technique – EFT (Tapping)

I stumbled into an EFT session on Zoom in 2020 – curious, not expecting much. But the physical shift I felt was so powerful, I signed up to train in it straight away.
EFT combines tapping on acupressure points with focused attention to help release stuck emotions, reduce stress, and even ease physical pain. It’s simple, evidence-based, and surprisingly deep.

EFT can help with:

  • Reducing stress & overwhelm
  • Easing anxiety & panic
  • Releasing trauma or emotions
  • Managing chronic pain or tension
  • Overcoming phobias & fears
  • Supporting self-worth & confidence
  • Processing grief, loss, or heartbreak

I offer EFT as a standalone session or woven into therapy or breathwork, whatever works for you.

Breathwork Coaching

Reading Breath by James Nestor changed everything for me as I had no idea how transformative breathing could be. After training as a breathwork coach, I felt calmer, clearer, more energised, and even noticed better sleep and mental focus.

Breathwork is powerful and evidence-backed; a tool that you can use anytime, anywhere. We can integrate breathwork into therapy or run standalone sessions if there’s something specific you want to work through or if you just want 50 minutes of guided breath-led calm.
