Frequently asked questions
Questions? Here are some answers…
If you’ve never had counselling or therapy before, especially at a time when you feel vulnerable and potentially exposed, you might have some questions, and opening up might appear a little scary at first, but it really isn’t… quite the opposite!
Below I try to answer as many questions about my therapy & counselling services as I can. Please get in touch if you have any further questions.
I offer short or long term talking therapy in a relaxed, informal setting. I can be flexible to your schedule as I know the demands of a busy life doesn’t always mean being in the same place at the same time every week.
In Person
I work in-person out of Feel Good Balham.

Walk and Talk
Therapy whilst walking is a relatively new phenomena but one that clients really love. Come rain or shine, talking whilst being surrounded by nature can be incredibly cathartic and grounding. I can meet at Tooting or Clapham Common.
For new mothers I can also offer Walk and Talk (whilst your baby sleeps in the pram) or home visits.
On set, office or home visits
I can also offer counselling on location, on set, in studio and can offer home visits.
Please get in touch to discuss how this can work.
I also offer:
– Email or Text therapy
– Group therapy
– 30, 50 or 90 minute Single Session Therapy or Career Coaching (which involves some work from you beforehand) and I can offer follow up sessions if need be afterwards. There is a different cost for these sessions.
I do indeed! Please get in touch if you have any questions about the following:
Workplace Wellness: I also deliver online training, workshops and individual counseling and coaching in the corporate world. I offer various workshop topics on different subjects including Menopause and Returning to Work after Maternity Leave and EFT and Breathwork sessions. I also run career coaching groups and can offer support with redundancy and other transitions in the workplace.
Private Practice Support for Therapists: I also offer bespoke training and mentoring packages for qualified and nearly qualified mental health & wellbeing professionals who wish to set up in private practice.
Helping you achieve your goals: I can also work as an Accountability Coach for those who need the help to reach a goal or those struggling with their to-do list (which can be available via Access to Work).
I work with individual adults and couples aged 18 upwards although I will be working with children & young people from January 2026 (aged 6-18).
I hold a CPCAB Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Integrative Counselling from London Southbank University, a certificate in Career Coaching from CIPD, Level 1 & 2 EFT and Level 2 & 3 Breath Work Coach. I am working towards my Diploma in Relationship Counselling from CORST and currently undertaking a placement working with children through Place2Be.
I’m a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) so I adhere to the BACP code of ethical conduct and I undertake regular professional training in line with BACP requirements and hold BACP the Register Certificate of Proficiency.
I’m fully insured, hold an enhanced DBS and I also provide my services on a charitable basis.
For other qualifications, please see the page about me and my qualifications.
I charge £85 for 50 mins for individual therapy and £120 for couples.
I also offer a number of lower cost sessions for those studying, unemployed or who might have other circumstances that mean they can’t pay full price, so please ask about this.
For TV Freelancers who are currently struggling, I have a limited amount of £50 for 50 min sessions or £130 for 3 sessions for the rest of 2025.
For those needing home visits and on set/location visits for those needing discretion or support at work on set, please enquire about the fees for this service.
